From 4 to 7 September 2023, the international event will be held Izmir, Türkiye hosted by the Izmir Institute of Technology (IZTECH) under the title "Libraries as Transformers".The event is also open to non-members of IATUL!

- Regular (registration after July 17, 2023) IATUL Members: 330 Euro
- Regular (registration after July 17, 2023) Non–IATUL Members: 420 Euro
- Social Program (Accompanying Guest): 120 Euro
- Study Tour (Pearls of Izmir province: Ephesus, House of Virgin Mary, and Sirince Village): 85 Euro (Optional)
