Should be librarians or information professionals working in academic institutions in developing countries attending their first IATUL Conference.

Should be from institutions that are eligible for membership to IATUL.
Must not be previous recipients of travel grants to IATUL conferences.
Should have sufficient financial support to cover their expenses at the conference beyond the award € 1,200 provided.
